Knowlton New England

A house built in the 1980’s in Knowlton Quebec had good proportions and layout but lacked charm and architectural details. The mandate was to add timeless details with a New England vocabulary to the interiors to bring charm and character.

Quietly Layered spaces are quirky yet still airy and light. A casual elegance is brought to a country home where every day living is easy and fun. The end result is a timeless house in which the year of construction isn’t apparent.
